Who said fashion was wearable?

Ok. So everyone always says that fashion that goes down runways is hardly ever wearable. SO WHAT!!! It is art, and it is beautiful. If you can't see, if you are wearing a tire on your head, if your shoes weigh fifteen pounds, at least you look hot right?
